Positives: When we booked we asked in advance for an early (pre-pack) breakfast. There were 4 of us but only one pre-pack was given to us and other than the bottle of water we didn't eat any of it. The apple was mealy (weird texture) and there was no flatware with which to spread anything on the baget.

Negatives: Very carb heavy breakfast selections. As a Type 2 diabetic, I prefer more protein and fat, and as little carbs as possible. Unfortunately, the selections were not helpful.
