Good
Positives:
Location to downtown.
Negatives:
I stayed one night at this property, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The place is extremely outdated; it felt like nothing had been updated in decades. The carpets were severely worn, and the entire property had a strange mix of overpowering smells that made my nose hurt. It was clear that they were trying to mask odors with cleaning supplies, but it only made things worse.
My room looked like it hadn’t been touched in over 30 years. There was dried paint and caulk on the counters, floor, and even the tub. Half the light bulbs didn't work, and the floors were so dirty that my socks were blackened after just a few minutes of walking around. It was obvious they hadn’t been properly cleaned.
Unfortunately, this was the only available option in town during my visit, but honestly, I would have been more comfortable sleeping in the back of my car. The overhang at the front of the property is even propped up by 4'x4's, which didn’t seem remotely safe.
If you're used to staying in hotels that are clean and updated, do yourself a favor and skip this place until they do a complete overhaul. I would not recommend staying here in its current state.

Bad
Positives:
Breakfast was about as cheap as could be. Plastic wrapped muffins and that’s it. Coffee was ok
The shower water was hot
Negatives:
The hotel should be Demolished. It’s a PIT!! My room had holes in walls, chipped & cracked floor tile, holes in shower walls, countertops look like they were from a butcher shop (cracked, pock marked, stained, etc)
The door hardware was broken, loose, locks didn’t work. General stench of Hotel was awful. Hope there’s no Bedbugs.

Positives:
The guy at the front desk was wonderful. He was very friendly and made sure to explain everything to us. Room was ok.
Negatives:
The outside was very run down. The toilets are very small and out dated. Our room was right by a leaking ice machine and the hallway and room smelled. Air conditioning didn’t work very well.

Positives:
There was nothing to like about this motel.
Negatives:
Everything, outdated, dirty. The building is crumbling. No maintenance is being done. Seems like the staff has even given up. Bed looked like it was made up by a 4 year old. This place needs to be condemned

Positives:
The property appears to be refugee/ migrant worker location. While this is an essential facility, it should not be sold as a hotel, without a warning. Booking .com should be managing this issue. However, the staff on duty were great and allowed us to move on without charge.

Positives:
There was nothing about the property. I like I had the property attendant canceled my reservation and I tried to have you cancel my reservation. Booking.com. This property should never be listed for anyone until it is total repair. There’s nothing about this property. That is good and if you don’t refund my money, there’s nothing about Booking.com that is good, this is at least the fifth or six to do so I am totally unhappy and satisfied with both Booking.com and I am at least happy with the attendant that allowed the cancellation on their end. Now you need to take care of business on Booking.com’s end and quit trying to hold me hostage, some stupid agreement that if you’ve never seen the property and you booked it 20 minutes before you went there and it’s a terrible property. It’s irresponsible Booking.com to hold anybody accountable for what they should be accountable for and only display properties that are worth worthy.
