Negatives: The bedding was undesirably and the mattress was lumpy. Tried calling the front desk to get the password for the internet and the phone did not work. I had to look up the number and call to get the password and I couldn’t get connected. The toilet looked like it was going to overflow each time you flushed and still didn’t take the toilet paper down without flushing several times.

Negatives: Dirty bathroom towels, dirty bed sheets, an unwelcoming couple of front desk people, no coffee made in the morning for the complimentary breakfast, no milk for cereal or drinking, and guests were left with very little choices for the breakfast.

Negatives: Bathroom was terrible. Gross runs of something brown running down bathroom walls. Cobweb in the shower Smelled of weed—skunk.

Negatives: The photos of this property are, at best, misleading. I would characterize the photos as false advertising. This building is falling apart on the outside. The inside is also dirty. Part of the structure has been condemned. There are signs that say “danger, do not enter.” Furthermore, there were seedy characters everywhere. This hotel is listed as dog friendly, because it allows you to bring your dog. But it’s not clean enough. The air was bad. There was mold. There were ants in the bed. We ended up leaving an hour after check in because we felt unsafe and unhealthy. I’ve requested a refund from Booking.com since the photos and information were lies. Haven’t heard back yet.
