When I arrived I was told there were no rooms available. I contacted Booking.com and was told they could not reach the property so there is nothing they can do. So just out $130 I guess. Not using Booking.com again...

Positives:
Breakfast was to be got from across the street somewhere, very awkward so i didnt get it. Floor was hard so it felt dirty. The curb appeal was very lacking, if I went by the outside look of the place,i wouldn't have stayed. When I woke in the middle of the night my door was open!! Good thing I had the top lock attached or it might have been wide open. Scary! Also I had to pay for my support animal, federal law says I am not supposed to have to pay.

There is no area to take your animal to pee, no pool, carpet in the room would've been nice. Updating needs to be done inside and out.

I like that the hotel is back dropped by a gigantic cliff. The hotel room was basic. The TV worked well and had a good selection of channels.
Negatives:
The staff did the best to keep things clean but some things were old and needed to be replaced. The room I was in was partially renovated. Being right next to the roadway was not ideal due to noise.
