It was a great value, and we appreciated that the staff was flexible and offered a ground-floor room to accommodate my Mother's reduced mobility.

The location was easy to find

There were stains on the comforter & towels. Hair was found on the bed and on the toilet seat. The room also had a strange off putting odor. We checked out 20 minutes after we checked in because of the conditions. When checked out the front desk was room and said that the room was non-refundable. I contacted Booking.com, however Super 8 in Riverton, WY would not contact them back to resolve the matter. My family ended up in a hotel and additional 75 miles away, which was the closest room available, after we had already traveled 370 miles that day.

NEVER AGAIN
Positives:
Absolute nightmare. I have never experienced anything as horrific as this place. Makes the Bates Motel look like Disneyland.
Negatives:
The desk clerk insulted my handicapped husband, called me explicit names, and tried to attack my teenage son because I asked if he could accommodate a wheelchair. He then canceled my reservation, threatened to have me thrown in jail for trespassing if I didn't leave, and charged my credit card for the room and a cancelation fee.

Good location, could walk to several venues

The outside looks like it should be shut down. A lot of repair and landscaping needs to be done. The front desk person shared about all the stuff he had to do, giving excuses why breakfast was late, (after 7:15) and the difficult tenants he was dealing with. Our sink leaked because it was rusting thru, so the manager gave us a bucket to catch the water. He told us new sinks were coming in this week.

The only positive about Riverton Super 8 was the location. Right on the main highway through town.
Negatives:
The young man at front desk was grumpy and surly. He was not helpful at all. The breakfast was on a countertop. Consisted of watered down coffee and a few muffins with some apples. Will bypass this one.
