About This Property

We have three cottages and a family lodge -- each is unique and pet-friendly. The Cottages (800-1,200 sq. ft) have decks and views of Cape Cod Bay across Chequessett Neck Road in Wellfleet. They are 100 yards from Powers Landing Beach, one mile from the Town Center and 1/4 mile from the Chequessett Yacht Country Club -- popular for weddings and open to the public for golf, tennis, and sailing. The Lodge has a very special family place -- a place to make memories. It has several private bedrooms and a huge Great Room featuring a wall-sized antique map of Cape Cod and its lighthouses. A fireside sitting area boasts a tile mosaic with a mystery that only hours of relaxation will reveal. The furnishings are eclectic and comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas are equipped to serve the largest of feasts and the most intimate of gatherings. There are stairs to a private beach and sweeping views over Herring River Cove, Great Island and Cape Cod Bay. The sunsets are incredible.
