West Quoddy Station is located on West Quoddy Head on The Easternmost Point with the First Sunrise in the USA. De-commissioned in 1970, West Quoddy Station, Station 1, District 1, is now an adaptive reuse with 8 housekeeping units accommodating 4 - 9 guests each. All units have ocean views and are pet friendly with full kitchens, private bathrooms, WIFI, DirecTV, phone and use of washer/dryers. The Station House, c.1918 and The Cabin are on the National Register of Historic Places. The Station House, which was the office and quarters from 1918-1970, now has a spacious 1st floor MBR, plus 4 bedrooms upstairs, and sleeps 9. The Keeper’s Cottage, a reconstruction of the 1808 Light Keeper’s House at West Quoddy Light has 2 Queen bedrooms with the best ocean views. The Cabin, in the manner of a Maine sporting camp, has a Queen bed and a Full bed and attached deck with fine ocean views. The Camp has a bedroom with 2 queen beds, plus a sleep sofa in the living area. The Lodge, with a 2nd floor deck and a 3rd floor tower, has 4 units: Washington, with a king bed, sleep sofa, ocean view 3 sides; Jefferson, with 2 queen beds, sleep sofa, ocean view; Kimball, with 2 queen beds, sleep sofa, ocean view; and Yeaton, with 2 full beds, ocean view. Additionally, Quoddy Hall hosts special events for up to 50 guests including weddings, birthdays, showers, meetings with tables and chairs. With fine views from all windows, Quoddy Hall is an early American community room with historic colors and wide board floors.
