Whether you need a small two bedroom condo or a large six bedroom home, Booe Realty is able to offer it all. Choose a location along the Grand Strand from the center of Myrtle Beach to Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. Our Grand Strand can boast more than 60 miles of clean, white sand, majestic palms, emerald fairways and warm sunny days. We have over 1500 restaurants and some of the ones having outside patio dining are even pet friendly. Dogs (on leashes) are welcome on the beaches before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM Memorial Day to Labor Day and anytime during the fall and winter months. Mild temperatures make Myrtle Beach a year round resort offering deep sea fishing, great golf, live performance theaters, shopping and more shopping. Remember to book your reservation early. The pet friendly properties are always the first to be reserved. Check In: Check In is at the Booe Realty Office When you arrive at the beach stop by Booe Realty to complete your paperwork. You will be required to leave an imprint of a valid Credit Card for a security deposit. When your unit is ready for occupancy we will give you a call. All units will be ready by 6pm. Check Out: Check out is 10 am on day of departure. Premises must be completely vacated and keys returned to Booe Realty promptly by 10 am or your security deposit will be automatically forfeited. There is also a charge ranging from $10 - $50 for each lost key. Late Check In: In the event you are arriving late, we appreciate giving us advance notice. Keys will be left in the lock box outside. When you call the emergency after-hours service, they will verify information then give you the code to the lock box. Located in the lock box will be your keys, a map to your property, and parking passes. You will be required to return to the Booe Realty office the next business day to complete the check-in process.
