Choose from a variety of very unique craft beers and incredible food while spending quality time with your pup! We’ve got you covered with some pawsome breweries where you can grab a pint with your pooch and have an unforgettable time celebrating this traditional Bavarian festival together!

1. Booneshine Brewing Company, Boone, NC
Booneshine Brewing Company provides their human customers and dog customers with an amazing Barktoberfest experience! They have a beautiful, pet-friendly patio with a breathtaking view of the mountains in spectacular Boone, NC!  It’s even great for visiting at night because they have string lights hanging throughout the outdoor area and a fire pit that is on during the colder months. Booneshine offers a wide-selection of uniquely-flavored craft beers that are prepared fresh right in their tasting room, as well as a delicious food menu that pair great with their tasty drinks.

2.  Kardinal Hall, Charlottesville, VA
Kardinal Hall in Charlottesville, VA is the perfect place to chillax with your pup on a nice Fall day! They have a variety of craft beers, cider, and wine from around the world - with special seasonal blends to celebrate Oktoberfest. Scrumptious food options are also served up as well - all are proudly made from scratch. Oktoberfest specials include Schmand Schnitzel and spätzle.  Enjoy regular live music in their spacious outdoor space along with bocce ball and other lawn games. Their pet-friendly outdoor area is adorned with beautiful string lights, making this a perfect spot to visit any time of the day!

3.  Schulz Bräu Brewing Company - Knoxville, TN
There’s no need to travel to Germany during Oktoberfest when you can visit Schulz Bräu Brewing Company in Knoxville, TN!  You and your furry friend will be transported to an authentic German town to experience the typical traditions of this exciting festival together. They provide customers and their furkids with imported German furniture in their outdoor Biergarten, and they serve German food and beer!  To top it all off, enjoy their famous weiner dog race - how fun!

4. Idaho Brewing Company, Idaho Falls, ID
Idaho Brewing Company in Idaho Falls, ID is a spot you and your furkids have to visit! They are known throughout Eastern Idaho for their amazing ales and lagers. They have a very cozy indoor seating area with a great view of the beautiful Snake River. They also have a large pet-friendly patio where you can enjoy a drink with your pup while attending one of their special events or listening to some live music. 

5. Pals Brewing Company, North Platte, NE
Pals Brewing Company in North Platte, NE has so much to offer your entire family and your four-legged pal! It has a large outdoor patio on two acres of land. Kick back and enjoy one of their tasty beers! Play a game of cornhole or volleyball while listening to some great live music. Your pup will have a fun time sniffing around and making new doggie friends. They serve mouth-watering, hand-craft pizzas. Plus - Pals Brewing provides bowls of fresh water for its four-legged patrons.

6. Barrio Brewing Company, Tucson, AZ
Did you know that Barrio Brewing Company in Tucson, AZ is the oldest brewing company in Arizona? That’s right! It’s been around for almost 30 years! They are also Arizona’s first brewery that is entirely employee-owned. You can even buy their craft beer in retailers throughout the entire state of Arizona. This brewery has a shaded pet-friendly outdoor patio to enjoy an ice cold brew with your pooch by your side. Their taproom has a cool industrial feel and is located right outside of downtown Tucson, perfect for exploring the city with your pup!

7.  Glacier Brewing Company, Polson, MT
Bring your four-legged family member to Glacier Brewing Company in Polson, MT -- a microbrewery with an attached tasting room! Dogs are welcome both inside their brewery and out in the beer garden.  They have a great selection of craft beers and are (of course) serving up some specialty Oktoberfest brews. You can take them to-go as well - in growlers, crowlers, or six packs.  They even have a variety of craft sodas as well. This brewery will also take you back in time with a wide assortment of pinball machines and outdoor games.

8. Austin Street Brewery, Portland, ME
Austin Street Brewery has two locations in Portland, ME.  Pop over to where their beer is actually brewed, Fox Street Brewery & Tasting Room, for a unique experience. This microbrewery is focused on providing you with great craft beer and a memorable time for both you and your pup!  In fact, when they are in full "fall mode", they're ready to serve up some Barktoberfest special blends!  With toasted malt, raisin, and light caramel notes, their October brews pack plenty of flavor and go down nice and easy.  Be sure to bring your appetite as food trucks are routinely on-site, serving up some tasty local specialities.  Pooches are welcome in their outdoor patio area.  Nearby you'll find their Industrial Way Blending, Bottling, and Tasting Room location - same great brews, different location! Dogs are welcome both inside the tasting room and on the patio at this location.

9. On Tour Brewing Company, Chicago, IL
Create lasting Barktoberfest memories at On Tour Brewing Company in Chicago, IL.  This unique brewery celebrates the understated "little" things in life by creating an atmosphere that captures the laid-back spirit of a simpler time. The inviting ambiance makes locals and out-of-towners alike want to linger longer and sip slower.  Their wide selection of carefully crafted beers is chock-full of special Oktoberfest brews. Sit back and relax with your pup on their inviting pet-friendly patio while you leave the world behind for a pint or two.
