Celebrate National Dog Day with your furkid by taking your pooch on a date to Buffalo Brothers in Wake Forest. Dine with your dog INSIDE their "garage door" dining area, as well as in their outdoor covered patio. There will be a raffle to benefit Rocky's Bridge 501(c)(3). Enter for a chance to win TripsWithPets' Getaways as well as other dog-centric prizes. Plus, Buffalo Brothers is donating 10% of food and beverage sales (excluding alcohol purchases) to Rocky's Bridge. We'll also be giving away TripsWithPets' doggie goody bags!

Pack up your pooch and head to Compass Rose Brewery in Raleigh for our 7th Annual Barktoberfest event. In addition to the wagging tails, smiling faces, amazing craft beer, vendors, and doggie goody bags, there's a whole lot more to get excited about. A raffle will be held to benefit Love Mutts Rescue. Prizes include trips with your pets, as well as other high-value doggie prizes. And we can't forget our Dog Halloween Costume Contest - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners will be awarded. Oh, and did we mention? Compass Rose now has a kitchen serving up yummy fare. So be sure to bring your appetite. Dogs are still welcome INSIDE and of course, on their spacious outdoor patio.

Santa can't wait to see all the naughty (no such thing) and nice pups at this year's annual Jingle Paws event in Durham -- and neither can we! Get your pups pic (and yours) taken with Santa, do a little shopping at the vendor booths, and of course enjoy the craft beer and lively vibes at Hi-Wire Brewing. There are a number of restaurants located in Hi-Wire's courtyard, including a pizzeria that delivers "pies" right to your table at Hi-Wire. There will be a raffle to benefit K9s For Warriors with pet-friendly trips as well as pooch prizes that won't disappoint. And yes, we'll be giving away the ever-popular doggie goody bags. This is an INDOOR event. However, there is an outdor patio and courtyard that welcome dogs as well.
