This time,Front desk guy was very rude.
He was listening to other person’s conversations and very slow to check me in.
When I asked him to hurry up, he was mad at me and asking me do you want to go somewhere else!! And threw me back my ID and credit card. Didn’t give me any directions where my room is. Very rude and need to fix his attitude!!!!!!!!

Dirty and rude. I paid $800 and I’m pretty sure my sheets weren’t changed from last guest, the tub was extremely clogged, hair and stains on pillows, stains on towels, floor was sticky, minimal “full” breakfast and staff was rude.

The beds were tiny and very very uncomfortable, the pool was green and hot tub dirty. No towl racks in the shower area at all. Just hand soap nothing else.

The lady that was at the front desk when k checked in set the tone, She was really nice. Thr rooms very really compared to other places I’ve stayed at.
Negatives:
The jacuzzi looked green, I was a little upset because the pool and jacuzzi was one of the reasons why I booked. I also feel like for breakfast they should have more options. By the time I got down there it wasn’t much but it shouldn’t really matter the time as long as a customer gets there before it’s over every thing should be stocked.
