Negatives: Directions to the hotel due to all the construction and gates closed could’ve been explained. It wasn’t cleaned well, broken frame, door was difficult to lock, staff had an attitude and were stingy on towels, had me on the second floor and I’m disabled. Pool and hot tub was nasty
