Negatives: Room had been sprayed for bugs had roaches crawling all over beds pillows horrible big spray smell and rezadew on everything had to be moved to different room had just got friend out hospital was horrified at bugsy husband had very bad COPD attack after being in that room getting ng to dr to have h checked out on monday couldn't sleep well because of fear would stop breathing I was treated very poorly at front desk and made to drive all the way to beach to get my husbands Id wanted me to drive a sick woman just out the hospital with bed sores on her bottom that had to have wound care in the morning a nother hour to the beach amd back i should have been paid for the way i was treated then to have roaches crawling on her amd my husband when i got back with his ID I was horrified and just wanted to have a clean room bug free to rest but i jad to be moved too the 3rd floor with no help she wouldn't even bring me the new room key or have the security bring it to me. Shame on y'all I had a disabledan and a woman in pain and she wantse to move to a nother room because she put us in one that had been fogged for bugs you should really find a way to make this up to me I just pray when he goes to the Dr he's ok sorry of I sound nasty but your front desk girl needs to learn manners and respect sincerely Mary caton

Negatives: Once the evening came it was an open air drug market, and prostitution market, the staff were some of the rudest people I have ever come across. I intended on my son coming to stay with us but changed my mind because of the environment. I had my boyfriend come to visit, the staff said my bf had to be off the property by 10pm. We complied. After spending Sunday at the beach with family, my bf dropped my sister and I off and left to get us dinner he arrived back before 9:30pm with our food, 9:30 security knocked on the door with a very aggressive knock and said the GM notified us at 3pm and told us , my bf had to leave the property immediately but we were at the beach all day, and we were told the previous day he could be on premises until 10pm, and it was not 10pm yet, at this point I was extremely confused. Security lied to manager and said my bf threatened him which was a lie. We were absolutely not happy, but still made no threats. I left also and secured a room elsewhere. No one in our party at any time did anything wrong, we are quiet and respectful. My bf did not have his photo ID, his wallet got stolen, we did get his birth certificate, a letter from social security which stated his ss# and that we had to wait for his card in the mail, and we had a letter from the MVA with his Driver's license # so he could operate a vehicle. He had medical cards, credit cards and vehicle registration with his name, and some cards with his DOB. They said he had to leave or they were calling the police and having him trespassed. We had to get the police to escort us back on the property to get our belongings. The police did let us know that they were very aware of the illegal activity at this property. It was strange to me that drugs and prostitution were acceptable, but they weren't willing to accept any explanation for my bf not having his ID. We are not criminals, we are just a family on vacation.
