Positives:
I had the pleasure of staying at Motel 6 during Hurricane Milton, and I cannot express enough how outstanding the staff was in making a difficult situation much more manageable. The General Manager and an employee named Joy went above and beyond in their level of service and support. Despite the challenges of being in the midst of a hurricane, they were incredibly accommodating and attentive to all of our needs.
Joy, in particular, exemplified exceptional customer service. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist in every way possible made all the difference during our stay. It is not often that you encounter staff who genuinely care about their guests in such a way, especially during a crisis. I strongly believe that Joy’s dedication deserves special recognition, and I would highly recommend she be considered for a raise.
We are forever grateful for the hospitality and care shown by the entire team at Motel 6. Their professionalism and kindness will not be forgotten.

At these location your not allowed to call the police because you will get kicked out
Negatives:
The fact that your not safe at a place that you can't call 911 or tell the office if there a problem or you can't get towels or extra pillows or sheets or anything for sometimes days the phone didn't work,wifi went out for days .

Worse than the hurricane coming...
Positives:
Hotel is located right off the I75 exit. There is Walmart and CostCo nearby and multiple choices for dining and breakfast. with ample parking. The shower and fridge were the best things in the room since they work as they should.
Negatives:
A/C did not work properly. The microwave in the room did not work. The TV had no signal, and the WiFi did not reach the room making it impossible to complete work. Hotel staff was rude and had no maintenance personnel on property.

I have a disability and requested a bottom floor room. When I got there she said nothing was available. Then she said she would put me on the second floor right next to the elevator, she put me on the second floor but it was not close to the elevator, I have serious long issues I can't walk for long distances, I told them that in advance before I made the reservations and they promised me a bottom floor. I wasn't satisfied, you should give the people with disabilities first choice for the bottom floor.
