Check-in went quickly. The décor of the hotel was very nice. The hotel location is great!

The room was not a "Superior Queen" as described in my booking. We were supposed to have a walk-in shower, instead we had a bath tub. Also there were no bathrobes, which were supposed to be provided. The mattress was not at all comfortable. Very disappointed given the price we paid for the room.

The doorman was extremely rude. Literally shouted at me and shooed me away from door when I briefly stopped to check something. Probably because I was a person of color. Because he was super nice to my not-so-brown friend the day before. Racist and rude employees, avoid the hotel. I expect a far better service at 400 dollars a night. Aren’t doormen supposed to be your first impression and be nice to the guests to make them feel welcome?
