The customer service at the Omni is outstanding. Our room was spotless, the restaurant selections were excellent and the room service was efficient and friendly. Our beds were comfortable and the bathtub in the room was great. This is an exceptional hotel.
Negatives:
The pillows could be more firm. Other than that, everything was great.

The computers went down and we could not get into our room until 11:30pm. They offered zero concessions. I understand thing happen but give me at least 20% off the bill. They did nothing. I have stayed here many times but wont in the future.
