The computers went down and we could not get into our room until 11:30pm. They offered zero concessions. I understand thing happen but give me at least 20% off the bill. They did nothing. I have stayed here many times but wont in the future.

Location was great.
Negatives:
The hotels system was down which made for a long check in process. The hotel restaurants and bar were only taking cash due to the system being down and the ATM located in the hotel was out of cash. I had to walk to find an ATM.
Positives:
It was nice, the facilities and amenities were nice.
Negatives:
I had to wait over 6+ hours to checkin, the toilet wouldn’t flush even though I asked multiple times to have it fixed, I had to get new room keys everyday because they would stop working and there were feces in the toilet of my room when I was finally able to check in
