- reception first night staff. Unfriendly. I believe that when a guest arrives at a hotel for the first time, there is a minimum of courtesy protocol, for example: hello, how are you? The only words uttered were: passport and credit card.
However, the person who checked us out the next day was more friendly and helped us with some questions about the park.

Could do without the breakfast to get discount on the rooms. Just massive amount of food but not great quality.
The beds were soft and I sank right in. I’m a petite person, 5ft. 2in. 107 lbs. Pillows were not comfy. Expected more of Marriott Chain.
Location was great to the park. Nice bathroom.

I liked the location, very convenient for visiting Zion. There is a bus stop in the front of the hotel.
There is also a number of little shops around to visit.
Other positive was the room which was pretty decent size and styling.
There's a decent size parking and a piece of grass for your furry friend.
Negatives:
I was travelling with family of six so my first question was the luggage. I've got the answer that the lady is about to finish her shift in a few minutes and I can arrange a cart myself, it should be somewhere on the other side of the hotel. My other interactions with staff were at similar level of their interest and customers satisfaction.
The other cons is the breakfast. The plates and silverware was single use, unsustainable paper/plastic. Food wasn't eatable - the main servings were either not too fresh eggs or highly processed meat of unknown origin. Each day we've left either hungry or with stomachache (those brave who tried the food). It's a real pity for place that close to the nature to have such artificial cuisine, even for breakfast. Covid has ended and competition moved on, you should too.
