Accommodations for handicapped. Landscaping is lovely. Clean and quiet most of time. Lovely decor. Nice having patio with Mountain View.
Negatives:
The surprise charge for parking and the huge price for having a pet along. Could hear the walking in the room above us. Would have been nice if hot tub was working.

- reception first night staff. Unfriendly. I believe that when a guest arrives at a hotel for the first time, there is a minimum of courtesy protocol, for example: hello, how are you? The only words uttered were: passport and credit card.
However, the person who checked us out the next day was more friendly and helped us with some questions about the park.
