Staff was very accommodating and so friendly!! They were all welcoming and did an amazing job!
The restaurant (sage and Co.) Was SUPER GOOD!
The food tasted so good and the presentation was spot on!
Negatives:
The pool area was DIRTY! There was garbage all around the hot tub. (A empty pizza box, used napkins amoung other things) and it was there from when we went to the pool till when we left.
Also the pool was over crowded and there was a bunch of teens throwing footballs in the pool...1 ended up hitting my 7 year old and myself in the face.
The water slide had kids going down with the intention of trying to hit the previous person either on the way down or at the bottom (with themselves)
They ended up land on 1 little girl who got hurt.
The pool chlorine was very intense. My eyes were beet red and burning after...I didn't even go under the water!
The pool was VERY disappointing and it's one of the main reasons we booked that hotel above others.
