Placed on the 3rd floor, I requested a quiet room. The 3rd floor is connected to the skyway to other parts of the hotel. Traffic in the hallway and check-in didn't of the assigned room available at 3 30pm, so I was placed in the available room. Probably cleaning staff issue.

the rooms are very small and the beds are not soft.
They need to up their security for guest parking and evenings- as unhoused people were in the building late at night to sleep in the staircases.
more signage is needed to travel to the atrium pool.

Could hear everything in the hall, rooms were dark and depressing (limited light, no outside window for our room), heated floors in the bathroom didn’t work, no sofa bed as told both in the rooms description as well as during check in, bed was nothing to write home about, no casino as we expected (from the facility description), hard to navigate, the restaurant we went to was nothing as we expected, I’m sure there are more but this is the most prominent in my mind. In our opinion it’s not worth the price tag for what it is.
