Price. For $300/night I expect carpet that isnt worn out, comfortable beds and modern bathroom fixtures.
I was also told that they wouldnt offer me a discount at the Waterpark because I booked my room through a third party.
Fantasyland got their money from my booking, so I dont see the logic in denying my family that ???
This was strike two for them.

I liked that it was in West Edmonton Mall, and the check-in process was fast and easy.
Negatives:
The elevator didn't work properly. We weren't given toiletries like soap in our room. There was a constant buzzing in the room that made sleep extremely difficult. The cost wasn't worth it. We could have gotten the same room for much less elsewhere. The theme rooms weren't large enough for a family of 5.
