Excellent except not enough tv...
Positives:
The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The shower had mold or hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
The duvet had stains.
The hallways were dirty with carpet stains, gross dripping on walls.
Only 1 elevator worked.
Pool was milky and needed to be cleaned. No towels.
Very slippery when leaving pool area.
No room service when the ad said it did.
The lounge shut down at 9:30pm too far to go anywhere else.
Free breakfast included but ran out of everything and the waiter had no idea what was happening.
The night front desk gentleman was great but the morning guy was very unfriendly, no help and stand offish.
“Hilton garden Inn” no garden to be seen. Gardens over run with weeds and property needs a lot of maintenance.
When I read the Hilton values in the elevator was greatly disappointed and they should change them or have more training.
