Negatives: When I ordered room from you I requested a ground floor as I am handy capped. Our room was on 3rd floor. No elevator when we tried to check in no staff showed up for 45 minutes they would not refund my money. It took me twenty minutes to climb stairs you asked for our check in time which I gave you and nobody said that late a check in was any problem or no ground floor was available Terrible staff person I feel you should refund my room charges for this service
