Between Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Dec 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Dec 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: The property had a nice restaurant on site and the room we were given was spacious and comfortable!

Negatives: We were put on the second floor, there wasnt another option, and there is no elevator access so the stairs were a challenge for one person in our party.
