Positives:
The staff are very friendly and nice. The location is in the center of downtown. When I arrived, the staff gave me a welcome gift bag. It contained two bottles of water, a chocolate chip cookie, and Pringles, which was fantastic.
Negatives:
After using two sheets of Kleenex, the box was empty, so I called the front desk, but they asked us to come down to get a new one. When I tried to use the lotion, which was nice to have, it was very hard to squeeze out. My husband wanted to wash his hair, but unfortunately, there was no shampoo in a container. We didn’t ask for it because I didn’t want to go downstairs in my pajamas.

The bed was comfortable
Negatives:
The room they gave us was awful. The table wabbled and only one chair to sit in. The view was of the heating/ ventilation system with pigeons and their droppings everywhere, including the window. The door jam had been broken into at some point and repaired sloppily. There was a shower, but no tub. Not worth the money we paid.
