Positives: Great staff! Always helpful and professional. We really liked the big rooms, the cleanliness and the hot tubs.

Negatives: Hidden fees. I booked using Booking.com. It costed more money than expected. The hotel is adding some shady "eco fees" by force when checking in. I do not trust any big business in handling any kind of "donations". Ethicality speaking, this is enough for me to choose another place next time.
