Great location-close to the arena and beach area. Clean and comfy. Room had a fridge and a microwave in addition to the normal things in a room.

Wi-Fi was horrible..... barely connected and kept failing.... pain when using it to find your way around penticton.

Friendly owners, great location (minutes away on foot from the events centre), comfortable beds.

We could still hear highway traffic in spite of being in the internal courtyard. Had to unplug the noisy fridge.

The man who checked us in was brusque + lied. The bed had short black hairs in it, as did the bathroom. Loud guests next door well after 11pm + paper thin walls to the street traffic. Hard beds. Lumpy pillows. Generally a less than stellar place to stay with plaster repairs visible. A bit of a dive.

Easy access to the room to load and unload having my car parcked right out front. The bed was pretty comfortable. Timmys right across the street was convenient for coffee and breakfast. Staff was very accommodating. Decent grassy area at the front to take the dog out for a pee.
Negatives:
No hot water to shower the first night After that it was fine. The fire alarm kept beeping and wrecked my sleep. I had to take it off and put it in the car. Someone fixed it the next day. After that it was fine. Needed hangers, had to ask for some. Minor glitches they took care of it.
