Nothing - Booking . com should remove this hotel from its listings .
Negatives:
Receptionist rude and provided a room which had an existing guest in it !! Room dirty / coffee maker filthy / toilet ridiculously small - may have been a children’s toilet seat ! / sheets were not ironed although assured by staff they were clean -questionable ?
The whole building was tired and in need of a total re decoration .

Horrific and had it been...
Negatives:
Dirty, the staff was bored and indifferent, the breakfast was bad, and they weren’t prompt about keeping it stocked, we found an old towel under the bed, not even far under the bed, it was just about sticking out. There was grime in the baseboard, especially the bathroom. The water cooler was empty the whole time we were there. The carpets in the hallway were filthy and stained.
