Positives: Room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and secure. Location was good but a tad difficult to approach the hotel if you don’t know the streets and traffic.
Negatives: I was given a comfortable room facing the very busy Hastings Street with a ton of traffic at all times including late night with police sirens. However, I’m an experienced traveler that packs ear plugs and preempted any disruptions of sleep. The bed frames are larger than the mattress, which you will, like I did, bang you foot or shin against the sharp corner, and it will hurt. The thermostat works great, keeps the room warm with out a lot of loud fan noise. However, while the fan blows, it blows strong and will dry out your eyes or sinuses.

Positives: Friendly staff Good sized room The interior ballroom looks awesome Comes with microwave / mini fridge The neighbourhood is quiet (no major events) Clean room Nice small balcony
Negatives: Fridge would make noises but i guess that's normal Stayed only one night but would look forward to future longer stay
