Location was very walkable to the waterfront and a bunch of restaurants and shops. Room had a great view and was clean. The bidet in the bathroom was nice too.
Negatives:
It wasn't super loud, but I could hear the elevator moving up and down from the room. One staff member made a weird remark to my friend that was a little off-putting.

Staff were great, really helped us out with an early check in after a long flight. Very nice little restaurant/bar on premises. Concierge and reception staff were excellent

Room was pretty noisy. The fridge and air-conditioning was really loud we were pretty tired so slept okay but think if you're a light sleeper it may be impacting

Really enjoyed my stay

We stayed 3 nights pre-cruise & really enjoyed the hotel & the great location. It's close to the Harbour so you can walk to the port. From the airport, it's an easy skytrain ride to the waterfront & then a short walk to the hotel. Everything is so walkable in the area. The staff were friendly & professional. The rooms were nice & very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was affordable & very pleasant. We will definitely return the next time we're in Vancouver
