Positives:
Massive rooms and huge bathrooms in the king suite. The pool was lovely but the menu was very limited. No coffee!
Negatives:
We asked if we could pay a bit extra for a later check out as the room was available, we were offered a price of can$600 for 4 extra hours. Which is a half day rate apparently. We declined.
Small complaint but there aren’t enough hooks to hang towel/robes etc

Nice for a special occasion
Negatives:
We were practically allocated a double room for occupancy with two children. The furnishings were designed for 2 people. There was one coat hook in the bathroom and generally too little storage space for clothes and for four people. For the price, especially as the parents were travelling on business, we would have liked a little more space and separate beds for our teenage children. The service throughout the hotel was unbeatable and wonderful.
