Good news! Before Thursday, Nov 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, Nov 14th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 15, you will still be charged for the full amount.
