Not enough blankets in the room and no control over the thermostat. the shower head / water pressure was weak. there was no bath. there were only two lights in the room and the moment I went into the room, the light near the door flickered (meaning the staff would have seen it) and within an hour it had blown out. The switchboard allowed someone to phone my room, ring twice and hang up. If the switchboard had screened it they would have realized no one knew to call me there and this was a crank call. The remote with the Roku was totally broken so I could not control the volume. The hotel had arranged it so there were guests on either side of me and those folks were easily heard through thin walls. Yet, the hotel was not highly subscribed. It was high vacancy.

My stay at this property was excellent overall. Everything met my expectations, from cleanliness and accessibility to the general facilities provided. The breakfast was particularly good, offering a nice start to the day with a variety of options.
The only minor drawback was the lack of English TV channels, which were either very limited. However, this didn’t detract much from the experience as everything else was well-managed and satisfactory.
I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Hockey team parents outside of my room till 2am with excessive noise. No heat in the hotel in any room. Provided space heater that did nothing to heat a room that large was told someone would bring another one and never did.

Very outdated. Not clean. There was a heater plugged in the room, as soon as TV was turned on the fuse blew in the room no one answered at desk so just gave up and lived with it. Pillows were small throw pillows. Continental breakfast was disgusting was moved to another room after I complained, the next room was cleaner but still not great

As a Ramada by Wyndham...
Positives:
We were attending a wedding in Belleville, so the location was perfect and everything else was satisfactory, thank you.
Negatives:
The only thing that was a problem was our card key often didn't work, and we had to continually go back to the front desk to get it activated again.
Other neighbours on our floor were having the same problem. It was a real Hassel when we were looking forward to relaxing, then couldn't get into our room.
