Heat in our room. Gave us a heater to use in our bedroom. Expect that from a cheap motel, not a Ramada.

Positives:
The location was amazing, right on the harbor, easy walking distance to downtown's many markets and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Outside of the main lobby, the hotel is dated and worn down. It's grossly understaffed, they are helpful and attenuative when you can get one, but that's rare. The free breakfast was over represented, cold eggs, no bacon or sausage, broken equipment (waffle maker and coffee machine).
