Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, Oct 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Oct 18th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Oct 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Oct 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

All rooms booked for double occupancy (i.e. 2 adults). Accommodations for more than this are not guaranteed.

$605.28 will be charged to your credit card.

Room Charge Disclosure

Your credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Hotel Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Econo Lodge of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
