The service was first class and the breakfast was excellent.
Negatives:
I had asked for a toilet that caters to the handicapped as I had suffered a spinal fracture last year and was allotted a suite on the 12th floor. While the rooms ware really good, the bathroom defeated the basic purpose it was designed for. The commode was far too low and should have had bars on either side to help the handicapped get up. However in Room 1209 only one bar was on the side and another behind the commode, which is ridiculous. I almost slipped badly in trying to get up holding only one bar and would have had a serious problem had I fallen down. This would have brought disrepute to your hotel as well. I explained this problem to Lan who was very helpful to bring this matter to the notice of the management. Hence please raise the height of the commode or install a seat which raises the level and a bar has to be installed right in front of the toilet if you cannot install it on the side.

Positives:
Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Thought complimentary drinks and snacks was a great idea.There was good and varied choices for breakfast. Especially liked the omelette choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also loved there was a free shuttle from and to the airport.
Negatives:
No free parking for paying guests.
