No glass in bathroom. Thin bath towels. Noisy aircondition unit. Only take away snacks available for breakfast even though breakfast was advertised.

It was in a great location. The room was well maintained. It was quiet.

Shocked that the room had a microwave, a fridge, BUT NO COFFEE MAKER????? Due to the layout of the rooms, it was a long walk to the office if you wanted a coffee - Office was closed after midnight. That is awful.

I have been there many times before. I love the fact that they remember me. We've been going to this location for the last 10 years. Love the breakfast now that it's back.

The location to Kingston where we were attending an event.

Upon arrival. Given a room that was under construction
Every time we left our room and came back our key cards did not work so had to go to the office about 6 times to get new key cards
Both ice machines were broken all weekend
Pool was closed even though I was told when I called two weeks before, and told it would be open for the long weekend
Internet was slow, and the hotel was not busy
Only one usb outlet which did not charge our phone.
Grounds were not taken care of, had to walk thru grass 4 inches long.
Local cable was not provided only the roukuo tv channels were working.
This hotel needs a lot of upgrades to be called a Howard Johnson.

Fantastic room size loved the big smart TV. Good shower. Nice breakfast. Located in a really jice town and close to 1000 islands national park. We had a delightful stay. Good price as well. The room had a fridge and even a microwave
