Nice free cookies at reception but you have to ask for them. Would be a better service if they were offered.

Room is not made up daily if staying for multi-day stay. Not mentioned when checking in so expected the room to be made up on by the end of the day. All hotels I have stayed in even at a much lower price/star range have the rooms made up.

Our room had a very bad sewer smell. The drain in the shower does not look properly built as there is no P-trap in the drain to prevent the sewer gases from coming up. You could hear when another room flushed a toilet as you could hear the water in the shower drain. The smell traveled into the drain room making it unbearable.

All of the towels in our bathroom were dirty with slight stains on them. Which made us unsure whether the stains were permanent or the towels were not cleaned properly. It didn't leave us with a good feeling.

There was a couple with a dog that hung out in the pool area a long time, they were over friendly so scared the kids a bit.
