Positives: I had travelled for 24hrs with my husband and 2x infants and checked into the hotel at close to 2am. The check in agent was so friendly and upgraded us for the single night. She was so informative on ways to get around and even accommodated a kettle for us so I was able to make my babies bottles. The rooms are so clean and fantastic. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport another bonus. To top it off you get the most delicious cookies ever on check in.

Positives: Nothing

Negatives: The shower curtains had stains. The room was not clean and neither was the outside, the staff were rude. Outside noice can be heard clearly in the room so when your asleep your woken up by guests opening rooms across or passing by your room are a few things I did not enjoy
