Positives:
There were renovations happening in the lobby area which is a very good thing.
Negatives:
We got up to our floor (4th) and it looked like the hallway hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, we looked past that as it could have been from one messy guest. Then we opened the door to our room and it smelled SO BAD. It was a musty, stale and not a pleasant smell. We both felt very uncomfortable with this as a hotel should be cleaned continuously and if it smells bad there is a problem. We basically turned around and went back down to the lobby and turned in our keys because neither of us would have slept well or at all even if we changed rooms. So disappointing that the person working in the lobby just shrugged his shoulders and took the key when we explained why we would not stay there.

The front desk staff who tried to find a room that was comfortable for me.
Negatives:
The original room I was placed in smelled very bad and I was later told it was because normally pets stay there. Also the wall paper was pealing from the walls. The 2 nd room they moved me too the ceiling was leaking and water was flowing down the wall.
