I've stayed at this location in the past, so i knew what to expect. Great location and room was clean. The young man at the desk was polite, friendly, and informative. The young lady at the breakfast area was super helpful.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the place is dated. Carpets are worn and threaded.
When i went to use the shower, there was a leak at the shower head getting the ceiling soaked and spraying on the floor. ( I informed the day staff when i left).

so I spilled a litle coffee cream on the floor. tried to dab it with a hand towel. the rug was so dirty that a tiny rub turned the towel brown in one spot. We should have not used the towel because the rug was very very dirty!!!!!!!!!
Was charged 50$ as a result. Tried to reach the manager for a conversation about the mater with no success. The desk person the manager would call but there was no call back.
we will not be staying at this chain of hotel ever again.

My partner and I had a very nice quiet pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and eager to assist you with whatever you might be in need of. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Negatives:
The check in and out time could be earlier as my partner and I arrived at 1130 am that day and were not able to check in till after 3pm. It's difficult to find somewhere to go for three hours when u do not drive your own vehicle.
