Breakfast was very bland and did not have many options. Kinda like jail food. And you have to eat it in the eating area. They don’t let you bring it up to your room anymore. And pool is closed which sucks.

There was a miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com over 50 cents and I was unable to check-in for over 1 hour with a sick pregnant traveler. Neither party would budge over the 50 cents, I was unable to pay separately, booking.com agent actually hung-up on me after providing no resolution. Horrible experience.
