Some whistling noise from the galley was audible in our room and most likely all rooms on the second floor. Breakfast offerings were limited.

The garage is very nice when weather is inclement. The staff who provide breakfast are very courteous and friendly especially Hilary. The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs.
Negatives:
The air conditioning was not easy to regulate. The toilet did not flush well.

Positives:
The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room, and the hotel overall, were fairly clean. I also had a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out experience. Breakfast was also nice and delicious, but it was very limited in regards to the options you have if you need a continental breakfast with a wide variety of options. I found the hotel great for the price, and family-friendly. I will recommend it and go back when I visit Ottawa again.

Positives:
Room was very spacious, clean and smelled fresh. Plenty of towels supplied in the room, and the bathroom size was quite large. There was a large sink area, with bar fridge, huge closet and a coat hooks! I love when a hotel has coat hooks.
Negatives:
This is a stretch, but they could do a TV upgrade to include a smart TV or chromecast connection option. Some hotels have this function and it was an added bonus for sure. Otherwise, everything was up to my standards.

Check in - We were told at 2:45 that no rooms were available until 3:00. While check-in is at 3:00, we should not have been made to wait the 15 minutes. We will be considering staying elsewhere for this reason.
