Positives: The location was good and we were surprised to find out there was a continental breakfast as that wasnt listed on their website.
Negatives: We booked this specific hotel for their hot tub option. We were quite excited to use the hot tub, however, when we arrived it was in disrepair. Upon check out we brought up this issue and asked if it would be possible to have a discount as the hotel did not meet our expectations. The receptionist stated that maybe (she) could get the manager to call us. We left our phone number, however, there has been no phone call. Quite a disappointment to the start of our family vacation!
