I really enjoyed fresh fruit when available, coffee different strengths and jams/jellies.
Negatives:
We had a fire alarm one morning during breakfast but no-one knew what to do or gave us any indication whether it was serious or not and whether we should vacate building. Most just did their own thing. It was obvious we could not use elevator and good we only had one flight stairs to climb

This was a very relaxing experience. I especially enjoyed the warm, quiet pool. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was good and satisfying. A lot of effort is put forth by the staff to make their clients stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended!

Negatives:
Paying $300 to sleep 7 hours seems just so excessive. We knew we could not enjoy any of the amenities, but we should not be punished financially for that. Maybe hotels should offer tiered accommodation. We are retired and on a fixed income. Travel plus gift and accommodation made this a $600 night. Shameful really.

At least 1 hour before I even requested early check in when I booked .The hotel wasn't close to being sold out .I don't think I would stay there again for that reason .
