Overall good . But not...
Negatives:
We booked a king room, first floor, with our service dog. When we got there, we were given a queen room, on the second floor. I have a bad back, and my husband wears a brace on his leg, so this was all very painful. When we checked out, we were not only charged for our service dog, but also a king room.
This is not acceptable, and I’m waiting on the motel and booking, to have this resolved.
