The pool, the breakfast and the room overall

The one staff member very unfriendly. I had to stop in my path back to my table with breakfast so she could walk past. Also my daughter did not get up until 9:30 and when we went for breakfast at 9:50am this same member was putting away breakfast without saying a word even as we and another mother and daughter were trying to grab what they could for breakfast

We had to complain multiple times to the front desk to ask other guest to stop stomping.
They put us above the pool worst room in the hotel.
Maybe put business working ppl on a different floor away from the hockey teams
