Positives:
Breakfast not included in hotel price (would recommend nearby cafe L'Espresso Bar Mercurio). Mornings, the hotel offers free coffee and tea in the foyer (quality is good). Evenings they sometimes have wine tasting from local vintners. Proximity of good restaurants and public transit stations is a strength of this hotel. The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood.
Negatives:
The rooms are not large, and they could do with a little more closet space.

Water runs out of shower on to bathroom floor and once when riding early (5 am) the pipes made a horrible “jackhammer” noise when I turned the shower on
