Positives:
Location was great. Close enough to access city locations by foot yet quiet & relaxing. Great bar / seating area inside. Bedrooms were well equipped & spacious.

Super hotel with great facilities...
Positives:
The location is very central and easily accessible by metro. It's a modern hotel with a stylish design. Some staff members were friendly and attentive (housekeeping), while others, unfortunately, were not. Beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
The check-in process was not very service-oriented. We had to ask for basic information, such as breakfast times, the location of the breakfast area, and how payment worked, before getting any answers. We had breakfast included, but the breakfast setup was quite confusing. Monday through Friday, you could choose between a buffet or à la carte, but extras like toast or croissants had an additional charge. The buffet itself was limited with very few options. On the weekends, breakfast was only available from 10:30 AM as a brunch option, which is far from customer-friendly. You could only order one dish from the à la carte menu.
For the first three days, we were just asked for our room number at breakfast, but after that, we were suddenly asked for breakfast vouchers, which we had never received.
The walls were quite thin, and on two nights, we were disturbed by loud dog barking. Whenever you shower, the floor was flooded as the gap between sliding doors were too big.
Bed sheets had stains and was dirty, had to ask for a remake.
Overall, while the staff seemed to make an effort, we felt the value for money was not justified.

The staff is really nice. The decorations of the hotel are cute.
Negatives:
You can hear the neighbors if they are loud. In my case, some kids were screaming. The staff has already put ear plugs in the room (because there was constructions outside) which helped.
The bed lights are a bit two dark for reading.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at The Anndore House! Room was big and comfortable enough, personal was kind to me, room was also quiet! First time in Toronto, and the hotel gave me the vibe! Very nice location (downtown toronto), easy to walk around to grab a coffee or even have a dinner! I will definitely come back, thank you The Anndore House team!
Negatives:
Breakfast included did not offered avocado toast or cappuccino, you have to pay supplemental. But if no, all was really good :)
