Between Friday, Sep 27th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Sep 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Sep 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Negatives: What we did not like was the Booking.com reservation which was misleading. I booked for a room with two king beds for 3 people , and the Hotel made us paid for the extra bed! We found this very disturbing and it left us with a very unconfortable stay the entire time. It spoiled our vacation!

Positives: I loved the chess and royal themes. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady who was working in the spa - she went above and beyond! And the spa was great - a highlight!

Negatives: I really liked all of it! The bar wasn't lively while I was there but it was a bank holiday in Canada so it could have just been the timing.
